An applicant for employment, Shannon Spencer (“Plaintiff” or “Class Representative”), filed a lawsuit against Pandora Ventures, LLC; Pandora Jewelry, LLC; Pandora Franchising, LLC; and Pandora Ecomm, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”) on behalf of himself and a class of similarly situated applicants for employment. The lawsuit, Shannon Spencer v. Pandora Ventures, LLC, et al., No. 25-2-10248-3 SEA (the “Lawsuit”) is pending in King County Superior Court before Judge Taki Flevaris. Plaintiff claimed in the lawsuit that Defendants’ job postings for open positions in Washington did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or general description of benefits being offered in violation of Washington law. Defendants dispute Plaintiff’s claims and contend they have not violated any law and Plaintiff’s claims are without merit.
The Court still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. No Settlement benefits or payments will be provided unless the Court approves the Settlement and it becomes final.
